PURPOSE:To make possible not only the easy positioning but also the transfer of fine lines to a fabric by the adequate fit to the fabric when pressed by fingers by forming a layer of a photosensitive resin to a specified thickness on the surface of a thin sheet made of a light transmittable and flexible sheet then subjecting the resin to exposing using a crest photographing negative thereby forming the photosensitive resin part to the projecting part of a crest shape. CONSTITUTION:The design of the crest is first drawn on suitable paper and is subjected to printing. The printed matter is monochromatically photographed. The base material for the crest plate is constituted by forming the photosensitive resin layer 2 on the surface of the thin light transmittable sheet 1. The photosensitive resin layer is formed on the thin sheet to about 1mm thickness. The negative is brought into tight contact with the resin layer and is exposed by UV rays to form the cured part of the crest picture shape. After the negative is stripped, the thin sheet is washed by using a washing out machine to remove the excessive resin part. The sheet is drained and dried and is subjected to post exposing by a chemical lamp or ultra-high voltage mercury lamp to increase the hardness of the crest plate surface, by which the crest plate blank is completed. The completed crest plate blank is cut away of the thin sheet part on the outside of the contour of the crest shape. A holding piece 3 made of, for example, a flexible resin is attached to the rear surface to add a convenience to the use of the crest plate. |
