PURPOSE:To make it possible to receive a purified water outlet and to prevent the same from becoming obstructive, by mounting an emitting port provided with the fulcrum to the upper surface outer edge part of an outer shell in a freely revolvable manner. CONSTITUTION:The water purified by activated carbon 4 in a cartridge is guided to the outlet water guide passage 7 integrally provided to an outer shell 6 from the outlet 5 of the cartridge. The outlet of the outlet water guide passage is positioned at the upper surface outer edge part of the outer shell 6 and an emitting port 11 is provided to said position. When a fulcrum 14 is provided so as to be used when the cover 13 of the emitting port 11 is revolved and the plane shape of the outer shell 6 is set to a square one, the cover 13 is positioned at outer edge parts on the diagonal line thereof and, when the length of the emitting port is set to that of the diagonal line, said cover can be revolved and the emitting port can be received within the projection area of the outer shell.
