PURPOSE:To permit to adjust the burr cutting surface of an insert easily by a method wherein a relative position between a main part section and an insert section is regulated by a control unit so that the insert can be pinched with an arbitrary pushing force upon clamping the mold. CONSTITUTION:The mold for molding is constituted of a first split mold 1 and a second split mold 2 while a cavity C is formed therebetween and the insert I is pinched in one part of the cavity. The first split mold is constituted of the main body section 11, the insert section 12 and the control unit 13. Two sets of bolts 133 of the control unit 13 are adjusted to regulated the pinching degree of the insert I under the condition that the first split mold 1 and the second split mold 2 are being clamped. Troubles, such as the cracking of the insert I, generation of burrs in the burr cutting surface of the insert I or the like, will never by generated by pinching the insert I with the optimum pinching force. According to this method, a molded product, in which the surface of one part of the insert I is exposed surely, may be obtained.
