PURPOSE:To receive a satellite radio wave on an automobile by a simple constitution, by containing singular or plural plane antennas in a housing body which is formed by a dielectric material on a car body of the automobile, and making it scan by the same phase in the same direction by a driving means. CONSTITUTION:An air spoiler 5 which covers a plane antenna 1, a motor 3 and a belt 4 and is installed on a trunk lid 2 of an automobile has a shape for regulating an air flow flowing along a car body at the time of running, and it is formed by a dielectric material having a radio wave penetrability of an FRP, etc. In this constitution, by turning the plane antenna 1 through the belt 4 by the motor 3, a main beam of the antenna can be turned in a desired direction, that is to say, in an incoming direction of a desired receiving wave or a desired transmitting direction of a transmitting wave. Also, this plane antenna 1 and it rotation driving means are contained in the air spoiler 5 consisting of the dielectric material having a radio wave penetrability, therefore, the plane antenna 1 is not exposed to a wind and water at the time of running in the rain and washing a car, and also it becomes unnecessary to consider especially an installation place of the rotation driving means.
