PURPOSE:To permit smooth draining without blocking by a method in which plural synthetic resin troughs of a S-shaped cross section are set around a perforated drain pipe and connected with connectors, and the are buried under the ground. CONSTITUTION:A trough 1 of a S-shaped cross section is formed of a synthetic resin, two adjacent chambers 5 as water channels are formed inside, and an opening 7 as the inlet of water is formed. The troughs 1 are arranged in a given thickness around a perforated drain pipe 2 having many water-permeable holes in its periphery, and the pipe 2 and the trough layer 13 are connected with connectors 15, e.g., steel wires, etc. The periphery of the connected body 16 is surrounded by a filtering material, e.g., gravels, etc., to bury it under the ground. Smooth draining can thus be performed without blocking.
