The notches 9 of necessary number of vertical members 1 are squared with projected parts 8 of horizontal members 4a, 4b fixed to struts and slid along the contact face 7, and vertical members 1 are fitted between horizontal members 4a, 4b. At this time, fins stretching from projected parts 8 are cut up and bent at the positions where the vertical members 1 are to be fixed, and the vertical members 1 are positioned by bent pieces 10'.
