PURPOSE:To create a very interesting interior article, by making a swing ball of a pendulum look varying in the shape on a reflecting surface with the oscillation of the pendulum. CONSTITUTION:A reflecting surface 9 is provided behind a pendulum 7 in such a manner as not to be parallel with the direction of the pendulum oscillates, namely, non-parallel therewith. Reflecting surfaces 10 and 11 for the pendulum are stuck above and below the pendulum 7. When the height of the gaze of a viewer is higher than that of a swing ball 8, the swing ball 8a projected on the reflecting surface by the refraction of the reflected light positions higher than the actual swing ball and moreover, the mirror image splits in two and looks oscillating with a varying shape. A greater variety of changes can be enjoyed by differentiating the color between the surface and the back of the swing ball 8. |
