PURPOSE:To achieve excellent inhibition effect for non-specific agglutination, by dissolving a specified acid or a salt thereof in coexistence. CONSTITUTION:This reagent is a water dispersion type high polymer to be selected from among the following (A), (B) and (C) in which an immuno-active substance is immobilized in covalent bond: A) a polymer mixture which comprises 30-98.8wt% of CH2=CR<1>COOR<2>, 0.1-30wt% of R<3>CH=CR<4>COOH, 0.1-20wt% of a vinyl monomer having a sulfonic group and 1-20wt% of a monomer for multifunctional internal crosslinking, B) a monomer mixture which comprises 60-99.8wt% of CH2=CR<1>COOR<2> (CF2)nCFA2, 0.1-20wt% of R<4>CH=CR<5>COOH, 0.1-20wt% of a monomer for multifunctional internal crosslinking and C) a single mixture which comprises 0.1-20wt% of R<1>CH= CR<2>COOH, 0.001-10wt% of a vinyl monomer having a sulfonic group, 50-99.799wt% of a mixture of CH2=CR<3>COOR<4> (CF2)nCFA2 and fluoroalkyl ester acrylate derivative each at a rate of 1-100wt% and 0.1-20wt% of a monomer for multifunctional internal crosslinking.
