1. A device for anchoring a fitting or material to a roof, the said device (1 or 2), which is secured to a rafter (3, 4 or 58) between two of the elements (5 and 6, 7 and 8) supporting the covering elements, comprising a means (9, 10 or 56) for securing to the rafter and, connected to the said securing means, a member (11, 12, 55) for anchoring the fitting or material, the said device being characterised in that the anchoring member (11, 12, 55) is connected to the securing means (9, 10, 56) by means of a coupling system (13, 14, 54) of any known type which renders the said anchoring member and the said securing means inseparable, whilst allowing for a degree of movement which is sufficient to allow the anchoring member to adopt two positions, one in which the said anchoring member is extended so as to partially project above the roof, called the operative position, and another position in which it is retracted so as to disappear from sight under the covering elements, called the stand-by or inoperative position. |
