<p>PURPOSE:To provide the miscellaneous waste disposal system, high in disposal capacity and efficiency, by a method wherein the system is constituted of a shredder, cutting and crushing the miscellaneous solid waste, a mixer, mixing the same, a screw type extrusion forming machine, compressing and forming the same, a cutter pelleting the same, and a loading means. CONSTITUTION:Polyvinyl bags P and the waste therein, which are thrown into the shredder 9, are cut and crushed into proper sizes. A paddle mixer 18 supplies the cut and crushed miscellaneous waters into the forming machine 22 under mixing them. The wastes, supplied into the forming machine 22, generate heat by compressing force, frictional force of an extruding screw 24, shearing force between protruding pieces 23a and the extruding screw 24 and the like, whereby PE or PVC in the wastes is softened and molten. The wastes are shredded by the cutter 25 of extruding screw 24, the temperature thereof is increased and are sent into the forming holes 2a of a dice 26 forcibly, thereby obtaining the formed products of high density. A rod-type material, sent into the cutter 31, is cut by cutting edges 32 to obtain the pellets while the pellets are loaded into a drum can 36 and receive vertical vibration by a vibro-packer 35 to peak them with a high density.</p> |
