PURPOSE:To adhere the positive electrode black mix only to specific position of positive electrode current collector by sticking thin board frame around the positive electrode current corrector while applying positive electrode black mix onto the positive electrode current collector in the frame then drying and peeling the frame. CONSTITUTION:A frame body 2 made of thin plate puched of the portion to be adhered with positive electrode black mix 3 is sticked while positioning to the positive electrode current collector 1 made of metal plate. Then the black mix 3 is applied by means of spatula 4 onto the current collector 1 in the frame body 2 through screen printing and dried. Thereafter, the frame body 2 is peeled. With such method, the black mix 3 is adhered only to specific position of the current collector 1 and never adhered to the circumferential sealing section, thereby sealing performance is improved while leak resistance is also improved. |
