<p>A cutter comprising a cutting element (1) and a mechanism of rotation of the cutting element (1), provided with a ratchet wheel (8) with a hub (9) and a pawl (10). The mechanism of rotation of the cutting element (1) further contains a gear wheel (11) rigidly connected to a casing (4), a gear wheel (12) rigidly connected to an axis (3) of the cutter, a unit of two axial gears (14 and 15) which is mounted with the possibility of rotation about the hub (9) of the ratchet wheel, mounted eccentrically in relation to the axis (3) of the cutter, and which is in engagement with the gears (11 and 12), and a sleeve (16) containing the pawl (10) and provided with a rotation mechanism.</p> |
