PURPOSE:To provide the device with a manufacturing capacity, not inferior to a large- scaled plant, in spite of small size by a method wherein a mixing tank and a foaming tank are provided coaxially in up-and-down direction and are connected to an elevator while the bottom plate of the mixing tank is formed on the bottom plate of the foaming tank. CONSTITUTION:The mixing blades 26 of the mixing device are rotated to start the foaming of respective foaming materials in the mixing tank 18. A table lifter 6 begins to descend, the foaming tank provided integrally with a top plate 8 begins to descend with a predetermined speed under keeping a coaxial condition with the mixing tank 18, and the sealing bottom plate 20 of the bottom plate 19 of the foaming tank 9 is separated from the lower end of the mixing tank 18, while the multiple bubbles foaming body 35 beginning the foaming thereof is loaded into all areas in the foaming tank 9 under continuing uniform foaming with uniform speed. When the top plate 8 of the table lifter 6 has arrived at the lower dead point of the top plate 8, a receiving pan 24 is rotated under the mixing tank 18 to prevent dripping remaining multiple bubble foaming body 35, adhered to the mixing tank 18, the pan moves closer to one side along a guide rail 5, and the mixing tank 18 is located on the cleaning tank 27, while a boring bar 32 is located coaxially on the foaming tank 9 and the table lifters 6, 6' may be elevated simultaneously. |
