PURPOSE:To make the thrust support of a work roller ever so sure, by setting up a seat plate, making plural small diametral steel balls touching a roll shaft end contact with one side and coming into contact with a fixed part with the spherical part formed in the other side, in the inner part of a hollow cylindrical holding body. CONSTITUTION:A shaft of a small diametral roll 1 is inserted into a hollow cylindrical holding body 3 from one side, and plural small diametral steel balls 8 come into contact with the shaft end formed in the spherical form. On the other hand, at the opposite side to these steel balls 8, there is provided with a smooth spherical surface receiving these steel balls at one side, while at the other side, a seat plate 10 having a spherical surface to contact with a fixed seat 7 is set up there. Therefore, these steel balls 8 come to be received at the spherical surface, and the load capacity is remarkably improved, so that thrust support for a work roller 1 is performable surely and, what is more, with a simple structure.
