PURPOSE:To make it possible to use a terminal having a display part with eliminating a signal line for a display control information as needless and using an existing cable by sending in multiple an audible signal and the display control information, etc. CONSTITUTION:When a terminal 111 calls and is connected to a terminal 121, for example, a CPU100 supplies the display control information to a corresponded subscriber circuit 110. At the same time, the audible signal from an audible signal generating circuit 102 is also supplied to the circuit 110 with controlling a channel network 101 by the CPU100. And the circuit 110 multiprocesses the display control information and the audible signal and sends out it to the terminal 111 through a call line 113. The multiplex signal is separated at the terminal 111 and a required display and an audible tone generation are carried out. By a multiplex sending, the signal line for the display control information is no more necessary and the terminal having the display part can be used utilizing the existing cable.
