<p>PURPOSE:To improve productivity of a plastic container without any inferior molding such as crack and chink at deep draw molding, by preparing the plastic container by means of cold molding with a preheated laminated film. CONSTITUTION:A laminated film which consists of a drawn film 2, a plastic sheet 3 contg. an inorg. filler and an aluminum foil 4 between 2 and 3 is used as a starting material. This laminated film is placed in a position against a plug force and a cavity force where the side of the plastic sheet 3 should become the inside of the container. The surface temp. of the laminated film is then brought to 40 to 120 deg.C, pref. about 70 deg.C by blowing a hot air on it by means of a heating device separately provided, The preheated laminated film is sent in between the plug force and the cavity force set in a cold molding machine and molded to a container by a conventional means. It is possible to carry out deep draw molding and to prepare a container without inferior molding by this method.</p> |
