PURPOSE:To eliminate malfunctioning while reducing the number of parts, by connecting photoelectric conversion connectors of respective interfaces and photoelectric conversion connectors and respective dust monitors with an optical fiber cable in a data processor in such a manner as to enable bidirectional communication. CONSTITUTION:Photoelectric conversion connectors 10a, 10b... and 10n provided on respective interfaces 9a, 9b... and 9n and photoelectric conversion connectors 8a, 8b... and 8n provided on respective dust monitors 2a, 2b... and 2n are connected with optical fiber cables 11a, 11b... and 11n. This dispenses with anything equivalent to a busline controller. Each of the optical fiber cables 11a, 11b... and 11n comprise two optical fibers for transmission and reception respectively and simplified the work of connecting the photoelectric conversion connector 8a such as dust monitor 2a to the optical fiber cable 11a or the like after the installation. Moreover the transmission of a control signal and measurement data is done in the form of a light signal thereby being free from the effect of any electric noise. |
