PURPOSE:To stabilize a state of welding fixation by arranging a heater leg part on the side having burr parts to be formed at the time of a heater fitting part when a heater leg part is welded to the heater fitting part of a heater supporter. CONSTITUTION:A heater structure to be used for a cathode-ray tube or the like is constituted by welding a heater 30 consisting of a coiled part 31 and a leg part 32 to a heater supporting part 33 to be formed by pressing work or the like. Thereby, the side having a curved part 34a of a heater fixing part 34 in the supporter 33 to be formed during press work is placed on the lower electrode 21 while placing the leg part 32 on the side having the burr parts 34b and welding the leg part 32 to the fixing part 34 by pressurizing with the upper electrode 32. Accordingly, while making it possible to weld with a little welding current by improving contact with the lower electrode 21, both right and left burr parts 34b of the fixing part 34 prevent the leg part 32 from slipping down so as to prevent positional slippage thereof thus making it possible to perform stable welding. |
