PURPOSE:To make a piping layout in front nd in the rear of a distributor designable freely and easily, a partioning off a chamber into both upper and lower parts with a permeable partition plate, while setting an inlet flow velocity from the upside and a columnar superficial linear velocity in an upper chmber independently each. CONSTITUTION:A chamber is partitioned off into an upper part 5 and a lower part 6 with a partition plate 4 making gas alone pass through. A solid-gas 2-phase flow setting a weight ratio between particled material and gas down to less than 15 at an inflow pipe 7 from the upside is led into the upper chamber 5. On the other hand, an air flow is passed through an inflow pipe 9 and a hole of the partition plate 4 and a columnar superificial linear velocity inside the upper chamber is kept at 1.0-3.0m/s and it is led into the chamber. If, so, since the solid-gas 2-phase flow into the upper chamber 5 is downward but the air flow from the hole of the partition plate 4 is upward, a solid-gas 2-phase fluidized state is kept intact so that a mixture flows out of an outflow pipe 8 in the same quantity at uniform concentration. With this constitution, it is effective for transport distribution, and a pulverulent body in extensive particled diameters is uniformly distributable and, what is more, a design and a degree of freedom from the operational standpoint are made larger owing to the independent setting of inlet flow velocity and columnar superficial linear velocity each. |
