<p>A child's seat comprises a base and a seat body (1). The base consists, at each side, of a first tubular component (2) having a bottom portion and a front portion and a rear portion upwardly extending from said bottom portion, a second tubular component (3) connected to the front portion of the first tubular component (2) and a third tubular component (5) telescopically fitted to the rear portion of the first tubular component (2). A frame (8) is telescopically fitted in the front ends of the second components (3) and has a cross member (11) and a foot-rest (9). The seat body (1) has a supporting frame (6) having a back portion which is pivotally connected to the upper ends of the third components (5) and a front portion pivotally (12) connected to the cross member (11). The seat body (1) can be adjusted between upright (Fig. 1) and reclining (Fig. 2) positions by rotation of a handle (14) operated shaft (15). <IMAGE></p> |
