PURPOSE:To increase the mechanical strength as well as to improve the cooling effect of the titled coil by a method wherein the holes where a refrigerant passes through are provided on the bind to be wound around the outer circumference of a superconductive wire. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive wire 2 is wound around a spool 1, and a bind 3 is wound on the outer circumference of the superconductive wire 2. A number of holes 4 are provided on the bind 3. Also, when the superconductive wire 2 is wound around, the insulating material 5 having space between the superconductive wire 2 and the bind 3 is provided. Consequently, as a refrigerant can be packed in the space of the insulating material 5 through the holes 4, the cooling effect of the superconductive coil can be improved. Also, as the bind 3 can be wound around closely by applying tensile force, the mechanical strength of the superconductive coil can be increased. |
