<p>PURPOSE:To attain more clear printing at the high print letter quality mode and high speed printing at a conventional dot pattern by providing the high print quality mode where two adjacent heaters make print while dividing the same dot twice and the high speed print mode where the two heaters print every other dot in the line direction. CONSTITUTION:In the high print quality mode, after preceding heaters A, C preheat a transfer film or heat sensing paper at print dot position, succeeding heaters B, D heat the paper to the final print temperature. That is, since one dot is hated twice by the two heaters, the power application time per heater is short and sharp print with less dot blur is applied. In the high speed print mode, the heaters A, B and C, D print simultaneously each individual dot. Thus, since one heater shares one dot, the power application time of the heaters A, B is longer, each other dot in the line direction in applied, then the print period is shortened to speed up the print.</p> |
