PURPOSE:To apply a CCD Image pickup element easily to various drive circuits by adding a phase adjusting function of a sampling pulse fed to a sample-and- hold circuit to extract only the image pickup signal from a signal obtained from the CCD image pickup element. CONSTITUTION:A reference pulse SDP is fed to a delay circuit DL1 from a clock generation circuit 7 and pulses SDL1, SDL2-SDLN with a prescribed delay are fed to selectors 9,-14 from delay circuits DL1, DL2-DLN. Selectors 9-14 select one pulse from the pulses SDLl-SDLN to be inputted and outputs and its control is applied by a decoder 8. The decoder 8 is controlled based on data fed to an input terminal 6 from a switch circuit 18. Then the phase adjustment of the sampling pulse is applied by selecting and outputting a pulse having a prescribed delay in response to the external control. |
