PURPOSE:To make it possible to continuously use a cut-out device in a long time period and to make it possible to uniformly cut out a granular material from the inside of a container, by forming several discharge ports arranged in a row at certain intervals in the lower section of a cut-out mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A glanular material in a container 1 is caused to flow toward discharge ports 2 due to the rotation of a screw conveyer 3. At this time, the granular material following down toward the discharge ports 2 is equally divided by partition plates 6 disposed in the container 1, and is then displaced in the transfer direction D by the propelling force of the screw conveyer 3. When the material reaches a block plate 9, it falls down to the discharge ports 2. During this cut-out process, the stream of the granular material may be fractioned due to the provision of the partition plates 6 in the container 1, and therefore, the granular material may be surely fed to the screw conveyer 3 without the affections of the shape of container 1 and the particle size distribu tion.
