PURPOSE:To set or delete effectively specific data by providing a memory for storage of the don't-care data, and comparing the output of the 1st AND with that of the 2nd AND after masking both outputs with the don't-care data. CONSTITUTION:The AND is secured between the data of an acquisition memory 1 and the reverse output of a memory 5. At the same time, the AND is also secured between the reverse outputs of a reference memory 2 and the memory 5. Then the exclusive OR is secured between those two AND results to extract the result of comparison of the specific data. That is, it is possible to exclude the undesired data out of the subjects of comparison or to select the specific data only since the don't-case data is set to the memory 5.
