PURPOSE:To improve the assembling accuracy, to reduce the assembling time and to save assembling tools by using the 1st jig positioning the rising part of a diaphragm and the diaphragm itself and the 2nd jig positioning a voice coil to bond and fix the voice coil, the diaphragm and a protection plate at the same time. CONSTITUTION:The protection plate 5 is set in a recessed part 7a of the 1st jig 7, the rising part 1a of the diaphragm 1 is engaged with the positioning section 7c projected from a slit 5b to set the diaphragm 1. Further, the voice coil 4 is set to the holding positioning section 8c. Then the 2nd jig is inserted into the recessed part 7a to fix the voice coil 4 to the rising part 1a by using an adhesives applied to the peripheral part of the voice coil 4, the front face ridge of the diaphragm 1 is pushed against a peripheral fixing section 5a by a pushing part 8b and fixed by using an adhesives A. When the adhesives is cured, the 2nd jig 8 is removed from the 1st jig 7 and the diaphragm assembly is removed. |
