PURPOSE:To reduce the thickness, the size, the weight and the cost by composing a linear pulse motor by opposing a flat plate-shaped stator and a movable element through a magnetic gap. CONSTITUTION:A linear pulse motor is composed of a flat plate-shaped stator 1, and a flat plate-shaped movable element 5 opposed with the stator 1 through the prescribed magnetic gap. The stator 1 has a rod-shaped permanent magnet 2 of square-section having N- and S-poles on both sides of longitudinal direction for supplying a bias magnetic flux, a pair of U-shaped magnetic cores 3a, 3b on which coils 32a, 32b are wound in a central recess 31, secured oppositely to the both poles of the magnet 2, and a pole plate 4 bridged between the cores 3a and 3b. Pole teeth group 51 is arranged oppositely to the plate 4 of the stator 1 on the element 5. |
