PURPOSE:To improve heat exchanger effectiveness by interposing a magnetic fluid between an LSI and a heat-dissipating member and constraining the magnetic fluid by a magnet disposed on the heat-dissipating member side. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic fluid 5 containing magnetic substance powder such as iron powder is used as a heat medium substance, and a magnet 4 is arranged on the heat-dissipating member 3 side in order to fix the magnetic fluid into a desired operating range. Consequently, the magnetic fluid 5 on non-operation is attracted to the peripheral section of the magnet 4 by the magnetic force of the magnet 4, thus preventing falling and dissipation. The magnetic fluid 5 on operation is pushed from upper and lower sections by an LSI2 and a radiator plate 3 and fast stuck to both surfaces, and transmits heat energy from the LSI2 over the radiator plate 3 side. |
