<p>PURPOSE:To make possible the instantaneous and uniform packing of a prescribed amt. of sand with good efficiency by disposing multiple stage of plural downward nozzles in a sand vessel on a sand packing chamber for a casting mold and executing the suction of box and the blowing of a gas from nozzles at the same instant when the bottom open/shut plate of the sand vessel opens. CONSTITUTION:The prescribed amt. of the molding sand is introduced through an upper aperture 14 into the sand vessel 5 on the sand packing chamber 1 imposed on a casting mold 4 on the suction box 2. The bottom open/shut plate 7 of the vessel 5 is opened by a cylinder 6 and at the same time the compressed gas in a gas vessel 8 is ejected from multiple stages of the downward nozzles 16, 16' in the vessel 5 by opening a valve 10 so that the molding sand is dropped uniformly at a high speed. The inside of the suction box 2 is at the same time sucked 12 to pack uniformly the molding sand into a sand packing chamber 5. The prescribed amt. of the sand is thus instantaneously and uniformly packed in the mold with high efficiency and the molding is execute with the high efficiency.</p> |
