PURPOSE:To attain the copy of an image recording medium in a comparatively simple constitution by producing the control information on a copying optical disk according to a data base. CONSTITUTION:The control information is read out of an optical disk at the copy sender side and compared with a data base. Here the information contained in the control information, but not in the data base is regarded as the undesired information and deleted. Then the control information including no undesired part is copied to an optical disk 19. In this case, the control information is read out of the optical disk at the copy sender side via a 2-dimensional operation device 20. Then the information containing no undesired part is written to the disk 19 via an optical disk device.
