PURPOSE:To output a large thrust with small size and light weight by detecting the linear motion displacement of a coil, and controlling the thrust of the coil with the detected value and a current value which flows to the coil. CONSTITUTION:A yoke 101 and a coil 103 to cross a magnetic flux generated by a permanent magnet 102 are disposed. An outer frame 104 performs to externally produce the linear motion of the coil 103 and to hold the coil 103 at the proper position, and is bonded to the coil 103. Since the frame 104 linearly moves together with the coil 103, it is guided by the yoke 101 through a slide member 105. The linear displacement of the coil 103 is electrically detected by a conductive plastic 106 and a brush 107. The thrust of the coil 103 is controlled by the detected value and the current value flowing to the coil 103. |
