PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacture of a substrate by integrally mounting a metal pattern plate formed in a circuit pattern shape in advance with a molded resin plate to form the substrate. CONSTITUTION:A recess 1a is formed approximately at the center of a resin plate 1 made of synthetic resin, and a bearing 6 is adjustably mounted in the recess 1a. A metal pattern plate 2 formed in a circuit pattern shape which forms the desired controller is insert-molded on the front surface of the plate 1 at the recess 1a side to form a substrate 3. Several stripes of insulating grooves and part inserting holes for inserting the lead terminal of a part are opened on the plate 2 so that the metal plate becomes the circuit pattern shape. Circuit parts 4, brush mechanism parts 4 and a bearing 6 are mounted on the substrate 3 integrally formed with the plates 1 and 2. |
