PURPOSE:To realize a high quality printing without clogging by filling many tiny holes in a thin film with ink, and by closely attaching the film to a heat sensitive head, and by charging a recording medium. CONSTITUTION:If a heat generating body of the heat sensitive head 1 is applied with an electric current, a heat is generated to fly ink 3 in the bubbles 2a of the film 2 in a form of mist. However, the platen 4 is applied with voltage, at the time, and a field of static electricity is created on the recording medium 5, and the ink mist is attracted to the field to perform printing on the recording medium 5. In this case, because of a bias means 6b which is provided on the film 2, the ink mist is efficiently attracted thereto. |
