<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a flexible film from being fusion-damaged by heat transmitted to a shaft member, by a method wherein the flexible film is prevented from making contact with a plate member and the caulking part of the shaft member during the stop of an engine. CONSTITUTION:The outer periphery of a flexible film 15 is caulked and secured by means of pressure containers 16 and 17. A supercharging pressure is exerted on a control pressure chamber 14 through a nipple 13. An energizing member 19 is mounted within a pressure chamber 18, having an atmospheric pressure, between a plate 20 and the inner wall of the pressure container 17. During the stop of an engine, a gap is provided between the flexible film 15 and the plate member 20 and a caulking part 21 of a shaft member 7. The high temperature of a turbine housing is transmitted to the shaft member 7 through a link and a pin, and the high temperature is prevented from transmission direct to the flexible film 15.</p> |
