<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a composite material sheet having excellent sound-absorption and sound-shielding properties while keeping the elasticity of the base sheet, by impregnating a foamed sheet with a specific urethane foam, an asphalt foam, fuel oil and an organic isocyanate. CONSTITUTION:A foamed sheet is impregnated with a liquid mixture of (A) 100pts.(wt.) of a regenerated asphalt foam solution obtained by foaming a urethane prepolymer derived from an organic isocyanate and a polyether polyol having an ethylene oxide content of >=15% in an aqueous emulsion of asphalt, and mixing the resultant asphalt foam with an inorganic carbonate, (B) 20-200pts. of a regenerated urethane foam solution obtained by dissolving a urethane foam in a solvent added with an amine-based catalyst and/or tin- based catalyst, and (C) 15-75pts. of fuel oil. The impregnated sheet is further impregnated with (D) an organic isocyanate, and the product is cured with heat.</p> |
