PURPOSE:To form an organic secondary cell of high mechanical strength, long life and high current density, by adopting a pyrrole polymer complex, which is made from pyrrole or its derivative, nonsubstitution or substitution aromatic anion and inorganic anion as the major constituents, as a positive electrode active material. CONSTITUTION:An organic secondary cell utilizes a pyrrole polymer complex, of which major constituents are pyrrole or its derivative, non-substitution or substitution aromatic anion and inorganic anion, as a positive electrode active material. For the nonsubstitution or substitution aromatic anion, aromatic sulfonic acid or aromatic carboxylic acid is preferable, of which substitution group may be for example low-grade alkyl of carbon number 1-3, nitro group or cyanide group. C104 or the like can be used as the inorganic anion. The pyrrole polymer complex can be obtained by applying electrolytic polymerization to pyrrole monomer in the presence of for example nonsubstitution or substitution aromatic anion salt and inorganic anion salt. |
