摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an Al alloy plate excelling in formability and baking hardening by specifying the maximum edge length of a crystalline substance in an Al alloy plate containing specific percentage of Mg, Si, Cu, Ti, B, Mn, Cr, Zr, V and Fe. CONSTITUTION:The Al-Mg-Si-Cu-base alloy containing, by weight, 0.4-1.5% Mg, 0.3-1.5% Si, 0.1-0.8% Cu, 0.005-0.1% Ti and 0.005-0.03% B, independently containing <=0.15% Mn, <=0.1% Cr, <=0.04% Zr and <=0.01% V, combinedly containing <=0.2%, in total, of >=1 element among Mn, Cr, Zr and V, containing Fe and inevitable impurities limited, respectively, to 0.3% and <=0.1% and having the balance essentially Al is prepared, in which the maximum edge length of the crystalline substance is limited to <=13mu. In this way, the Al alloy plate having high strength and capable of improving strength to a greater extent by means of baking can be obtained.
