PURPOSE:To reduce a manufacturing process, by laminating forming plates consisting of preimpregnation material while inserting a supporting member into the central part and compressing the forming plates to be molded. CONSTITUTION:The method parallelly arranges forming plates 3, consisting of preimpregnation material with the base material being fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) using carbon fiber for a reinforcing material 4, so that a required number of sheets are laminated. A supporting member 2 is inserted into the central part of these forming plates 3. Thereafter, the method compresses the forming plates to be integrally molded by a hot press. In this way, a manufacturing process can be reduced.
