PURPOSE:To read out the memorized cooling data to an X-ray control portion and to control the heat radiation of an X-ray tube on the basis of the data by inputting the data by means of a selection switch when writing in the cooling characteristic data and protecting them even when a power supply is cut off. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 3' is operated, display data are written into a memory 4 through a bus line. The contents or the data of the memory 4 are protected in the memory contents even when a power supply is cut off by means of a battery or a protection circuit 5 for the memory contents. Next, by the operation of a selection switch 2, the X-ray device 1 can be used for the usual medical treatment. In this case, the switches 3 and a data display portion 7 are, respectively, used to set the condition of radiation of the X-rays and to display it. An X-ray control portion 6 perceives the condition of load which has been applied to an X-ray tube 8 and can require the quantity of heat which is stored in the X-ray tube 8 and further reads out the characteristic data from the memory 4 and carry out the control of the heat radiation on the basis of the data when the X-rays are not radiated. |
