PURPOSE:To prevent generation of abnormal sounds, to facilitate assembling and to reduce the number of parts, by forming a casing in a configuration, wherein a drum part having a discharge port and an end plate part having a sucking port are formed as a unitary body by using a foaming synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A casing 11 is made of an elastic foaming synthetic resin. A drum part 16 is pushed to the lower surface part of a motor table 12, which is a pushing plate part, by an attaching plate 24. The upper edge of the drum part 16 on the opposite side of a sucking port is closely contacted to the mating side sufficiently. The edge part of a discharge port 15 of the drum part 16, which is pushed to the edge part of the sucking port 6 of an outer frame 4, is also closely contacted to the mating side sufficiently. Therefore, air leaking is not yielded, and vibration of a motor 9 is not transmitted to the outer frame 4. The generation of abnormal sounds due to the air leaking and vibrations can be also prevented. At this time, a cushioning material is not separately required, and assembling is readily conducted. The attaching plate 24, which is an attaching part for the casing 11, also serves the role of an attaching part of a decorative cover 29. Thus, the number of parts used can be made few. |
