发明名称 MEASURING METHOD FOR SURFACE TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure a temperature distribution of the surface comparatively simply without bringing a detection end into contact with the surface to be measured directly by moving the colored particles by heating on the surface to be measured and sticking the particles to the surface and measuring the temperature distribution of the surface to be measured by the shading. CONSTITUTION:First, gas from a clean inert gas generator 1 is sent to a colored particle generator 3 via a ventilator 2 and the gas accompanied by the colored particles is introduced into a monodisperse particle regulator 4. The monodisperse particle regulator 4 adjusts the colored particles to the particles of a prescribed particle diameter range and sends the particles into a chamber 5. In this case, a discharge valve 9 fitted to the chamber 5 is opened and when the colored particles are made a state to be discharged from the valve 9, the valve 9 and a shutdown valve 8 are shut to stop the supply of the colored particles and float the particles in the camber 5. Then, a bypass valve 10 is opened after a prescribed time and the clean inert gas alone is ventilated into the chamber 5 to substitute the inside of the chamber 5. After that, the chamber 5 is removed from the surface to be measured to observe the shading of the surface 6 to be measured and calculate the temperature distribution.
