PURPOSE:To expand a measurement range and to improve measurement precision by measuring the slump of concrete being kneaded on the basis of the scale of the slump to the absolute value of a load during the concrete kneading obtained on the basis of plural past data. CONSTITUTION:When the kind of mixture and the quantity of kneading are determined, those kneading conditions are inputted by setters 1 and 2 and past data matching with the kneading conditions are readout of a memory device 3. Those data are displayed on a screen display device 4 such as a CRT. Further, the maximum and minimum slump values among the past data and load absolute values corresponding to the maximum and minimum values are calculated to find the conversion relation between slump values and absolute load values from both data. The conversion scale of the absolute values and slump values is formed and displayed on the screen display device 4. A driving load detected by an oil pressure detector 5 is inputted and displayed on the screen display device 4. The load variation curve SX of concrete during kneading is compared with plural known load variation curves S1, S2... and compared with the scale 6 to measure a slump value.
