PURPOSE:To prevent incomplete combustion and to improve regulating effect of the amount of heat exchange, by making a temperature regulating shutter smaller than the opening part in a top plate, and forming gaps between the shutter and the opening of the top plate. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanger 4 is provided on an opening part 2 in a top plate of a stove 1. Heat from a burning tube 7 of the stove 1 undergoes heat exchange in the heat exchanger 4 through the opening hole 2 in the top plate in the process of heat convection or heat radiation. At the opening part 2 in the top plate, a temperature regulating shutter 3 is attached so that the shutter is located directly over the burning tube 7. Gaps 5 are formed between the opening part 2 and the shutter 3. When the temperature regulating shutter 3 is fully closed, the heat carried by heat convection positively flows through the gaps 5. Therefore, the radiation heat from the burning tube 7 of the stove 1 is not lost. The heat medium, which is generated by the heat exchange in the heat exchanger 4, is circulated to a floor panel.
