PURPOSE:To provide a composition composed of a modified propylene polymer, a crystalline ethylene-propylene block copolymer, an amorphous ethylene- propylene copolymer and an inorganic filler, and exhibiting high adhesivity to polyurethane even without using a primer. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by compounding (A) a modified propylene polymer produced by treating 100pts.(wt.) of a propylene polymer with 0.1-50pts. of an organic compound having at least one phenolic bond in a molecule and containing hydroxyl group and 0.01-20pts. of an organic peroxide, (B) a crystalline ethylene-propylene block copolymer having as melt flow index of 2.0-100g/10min and an ethylene content of 2.0-15(wt)%, (C) an amorphous ethylene-propylene copolymer having a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4, 100 deg.C) of 20-100 and a propylene content of 20-50% and (D) an inorganic filler. The content of the component D is 2.0-2.5%, the amount of the organic compound in the component A is 0.01-10pts. per 100pts. of the whole components, the amount of the component A is 5-90% of A+B and 3.0% of the whole Lot and the content of the component C is 15-40%.
