PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled steel sheet, by hot rolling low carbon steel slab contg. small quantity of Ti or Nb, then cold rolling to steel sheet under a specified condition. CONSTITUTION:Continuously cast slab of steel contg. <0.10% C, <0.10% Si, 0.05-0.50% Mn, <0.10% Al, <0.010% N and if necessary one or 2 kinds of 0.005-0.025% Ti, 0.005-0.030% Nb is hot rolled to coil having 1.0-3.2mm thickness. The hot rolled coil is cold rolled by 10-99% draft, the sheet is tin plated to prepare steel sheet having 0.23mm thickness. Or hot rolled coil is cold rolled by >=30% draft, then the sheet is recrystallization annealed, further cold rolled by 10-99% draft to tin plated steel sheet having further improved processability. Thus, the titled steel sheet can be manufactured.
