PURPOSE:To improve rising characteristics of an indoor heater and to save power consumption, by starting the operation of an indoor fan even if temperature is lower than the preset temperature for operation switching when an operation-starting-time setting timer is used. CONSTITUTION:In an indoor control part 2, a normal operation control function and a forced operation function are provided for an indoor fan. In the normal operating function, the following steps are taken. When the detected signal from a temperature sensor 7 is lower than a preset temperature Tc1 for the operation switching of the indoor fan, the indoor fan is kept at the stopped state. When the detected signal exceeds the preset temperature Tc1, the indoor fan is operated. When an input timer is used and even if the detected signal is lower than the preset temperature Tc1 for operation switching of the indoor fan as described above, the operation of the indoor fan is started at the same time a compressor motor 5 is started, at the time of forced operation.
