PURPOSE:To make it possible to improve pleasantness and reliability, by performing wind blowing operation only during a specified time period regardless of a room temperature when the operation is restarted within a specified time period from the stop of the operation. CONSTITUTION:When a user turned OFF an operation/stop switch (a) in an operating part 23, or a preset operating time is elapsed, a room control part 11 starts the counting of a first inner timer and monitors the elapsed time from the stop of the operation. When the operation starting action is performed again until the counted value (t) of the first inner timer reaches a preset value t1, the room control part starts only a room fan 7, and wind blowing operation is performed. At the same time, the room control part 11 starts the counting of a second inner timer. When the counted value tf reaches a preset value t2, the operation based on automatic selection is restarted at first. When the restarting of operation is started after the specified time t1 from the stop of the operation, the room control part 11 does not instruct the wind blowing operation, and the automatically selected operation is immediately started.
