PURPOSE:To receive an angular modulation data signal with broad band and narrow band with simple receiver constitution by combining amplitude flat filter and diversity reception in a mobile communication receiver using angular modulation. CONSTITUTION:The 1st reception system A and the 2nd reception system B are provided and a larger output level among output levels of each reception system is selected by a switch 13. In the diversity receiver of the constitution above, as an IF filter, the pass band delay characteristic is made flat and the amplitude characteristic is attenuated gradually in the delay flat type IF filter 18 is used. Through the constitution above, even when the reception signal is either broad band or narrow band angular modulation, since one filter 18 can cope with the signal, then the circuit constitution is simplified in coparison with a conventional receiver switching filters at each band. |
