<p>NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula (R1 is H, Arg or Ser-Arg; X1 is Pro, Gly, Leu or Val; X2 is Ser, Phe or Leu; X3 is Tyr, Leu or Phe; R2 is Gly, Pro, Gln, Lys, OH or NH2). USE:An analgesic,mild hypnotic, mild awakening drug, antinarcotic agent, or anti-shock agent bondable to an opioid receptor. PREPARATION:The compound of formula can be produced e.g. by dissolving a C-terminated amino acid having protected amino group e.g. in dimethylformamide, adding the solution to a benzhydryl resin, reacting the amide with the resin in the presence of a condensation agent, removing the amino-protecting group, successively bonding amino acids according to the amino acid sequence of the peptide, dissociating the obtained peptide from the carrier resin, and treating the peptide with ammonia.</p> |
