PURPOSE:To prevent unnecessary warning from being given by configurating a device in such a way that a regular amount of time delay is provided for both a power source control for the device and the warning output timing due to the sensor input based on the detected condition of accessary electric voltage of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:When a driver leaves a car with an accessary switch pulled out, that accessary voltage 'b' is turned off permits the output from a reverse circuit 2 to be turned on. Then, power source voltage 'd' is applied to both an interface circuit 5 and a delay circuit 6 with the time delay T1 of a time delay circuit 4, this is the delay from the time for the rising output 'c' which takes place when a power source control 1 is turned from 'off' to 'on'. In addition, when the sensor input goes positive, the sensor input is applied to a signal processing circuit 3 after the delay time T2 of the delay circuit 6 has elapsed. Accordingly, even if the sensor input goes positive within the time frame T1, this sensor input becomes of no effect because power source voltage 'd' is turned off, so preventing unnecessary warning due to the driver's action from being given.
